We want you to be genuinely happy with your purchase. Because our guides are instant digital downloads, this policy explains how refunds work and how to reach us if something isn't right. We're a small team and we read every message.

01 The nature of digital products

Our products are downloadable PDF files delivered immediately after purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, it generally cannot be "returned." For that reason, all sales are considered final unless one of the situations below applies. Please review the product description before buying.

We'll provide a replacement or a refund if:

In most cases we'll first try to fix the problem quickly — for example by re-sending your download link — and we'll refund if we can't.

Email contact@petacademyguides.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include your order number (from your receipt) and a short description of the issue. We aim to reply within a couple of business days and to resolve things fairly.

05 How refunds are processed

Our payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear.

06 Chargebacks

If something's wrong, please contact us first — it's faster and we'll take care of you. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We keep records of delivery and access to help resolve any disputes.
